In this 7 Day Training, I am going to initiate you into the secrets of Tummo, a life-changing breath practice that will literally change your world.
90% of the population doesn’t know how to breathe.
Studies show that most people are actually holding in negative emotions, tension, and nervous system trauma — and this results in what is called «Shallow Breathing». Most people don’t notice their breathing is compromised until 70 percent of the functioning capacity of their lungs is gone.
Shallow breathing has been scientifically linked with degenerative disease, poor quality of life, and an early onset of death.
However, we can reverse all of that — with some simple techniques I am going to show you over the next 7 days.
After teaching this to professional athletes and hollywood influencers, I decided it was time to share this powerful knowledge with you.

Warning - important message, please read carefully:
Tummo breathing may cause tingling sensations and/or lightheadedness. If you’ve fainted, it means that you went to far. Take a step back next time.
This breathing exercise has a profound effect and should be practiced mindfully and in the way it is explained. Always do the breathing exercise in a safe environment (e.g. sitting on a chair/floor) and unforced. Never practice the exercises before or during diving, driving, swimming, taking a bath or in any other environment/place where, should you pass out, a serious injury could occur.
Do not practice the method during pregnancy or when having epilepsy. Persons with cardiovascular health issues, or any other (serious) health conditions, should always consult a medical doctor before starting with Tummo Breathing.

Secret #1. When cultivating Qi the first principle is paying full attention to your body sensations and observing the change in temperature as you practice. Pay specific attention to the warmth, heat you feel in your hands, belly and body. If you get too light headed breath with less sound. With time and practice you will not get as lightheaded so easily. An increase in qi and blood means an increase in heat, warmth and circulation bringing healing to the body and calming to the mind.
